Honest, cheerful and focused on the local community

I first met up with Deni for a coffee, on a quick trip to Queenstown, to discuss selling a house at a later date. I liked his honesty and transparency. As a lifetime local he was able to provide valuable advise on the market, however he was not pushy in getting the contract. Things happened quicker than expected, and as I live overseas, Deni needed to deal with the whole sale process, and he went above and beyond. This included organising the trees to be tidied, providing vital local contacts in banking and conveyancing, and even ensuring unwanted furniture and household items were donated to local families in need. A lot needed to be achieved in a hasty 19 day settlement, just before Xmas! Deni was always cheerful, and available to talk. The sale progressed smoothly, with a great outcome.
