We were grateful to have Jacqui as our agent. She is a great communicator and very easy to work with. The whole experience was pleasant and smooth. Without her efficiency and flexibility, it would be a lot more stressful. Highly recommended!

Bradley has been a great realestate agent for us. His marketing is first class. Unlike Bradley, I think a lot of agents haven't kept up with times in terms of social media and video mediums to sell houses. We had 20000+ views of our video alone and ended up with a great result for our property. I would highly recommend Bradley to anyone and we will continue to use him for our developments into the future.

We were really impressed with Jacqui's service, she was always contactable and promptly responded to all forms of communication. Jacqui provided excellent advice in how to present our home and made the process of selling our home easy. We recommend Jacqui to anyone looking to sell.

Jacqui has been the best real estate professional I have ever dealt with. She has been fair, meticulous thoughtful and attentive to the needs for my family. I would recommend her services to my friends and family if they ever need help with any real estate in Dunedin.

We really appreciated the silent listing without open homes and advertising hoardings. It meant that we got no sightseers and only genuine purchasers. That it sold in two weeks proved that this was a great option for us.

Bought one house from Bradley and he's since sold two for our company. He knows the market like the back of his hand, confidently applies strategies and marketing, and stays cost effective by being so pin point accurate. For our first sale I tried "the best agent at LJ Hooker" who was so popular she didn't seem to care about the odd one in the harder basket. Bradley came along and cleaned up the mess putting every effort to get it sold quickly and painlessly. Since then I have the confidence to let Bradley get on with the job without constant follow ups, knowing I will get a call on the rare occasion he requires clarification, which is ideal given my international travel and commitments. A pleasure to deal with, honest, works with integrity and gets the job done quickly and painlessly. A big fan! Gareth Larsen, Director Go2NZ Ltd

I chose to sell with Bradley Lee as he was so helpful when I tried to purchase a property prior to selling mine. He was always available to meet with me, as a potential buyer and gave me confidence to make an offer and gave me realistic feedback, which I appreciated. When it was time to sell my property, Bradley listened to how I wanted to market my property and then gave me many other options using social media which I had not thought of. Bradley was very communicative during the process so that I knew what was happening at all times in relation to prospective purchasers. I highly recommend Bradley to sell your house. Denise Butler
