Silent listing
We really appreciated the silent listing without open homes and advertising hoardings. It meant that we got no sightseers and only genuine purchasers. That it sold in two weeks proved that this was a great option for us.

Best of the best
Bought one house from Bradley and he's since sold two for our company. He knows the market like the back of his hand, confidently applies strategies and marketing, and stays cost effective by being so pin point accurate. For our first sale I tried "the best agent at LJ Hooker" who was so popular she didn't seem to care about the odd one in the harder basket. Professional and knowledgable in the Dunedin market
I am so looking forward to spending my first summer by the beach, in the lovely property I managed to secure with the help of Bradley. He has wonderful knowledge of the local market trends, the character of Dunedin properties, the geography of the city and the lifestyle here in Dunedin. This comes across in his professional marketing methods including walk throughs of the property which, together with the dialogue, give you a very real sense of the property before viewing it. This is what attracted me to the home I ultimately purchased. Some negotiation was required and I trusted Bradley completely with this and appreciated his patience in the completion of this sale with a positive result for all.

Purchasing a rental propety
We found Brad to be an organised and efficient agent. We had been looking for an investment property for a few months. Brad knew the type of property we were looking for and was quick to contact us when the ideal property came up. We were able to view the property at our soonest convenience, and make an informed decision within hours. Brad continued to liaise between us and the vendor, recommend insurers etc, and generally facilitated a smooth transaction. We'll certainly be contacting him again when we're looking to buy our next rental property.
