Excellent, professional, timely, informative
Just for some context, myself and my wife are relatively new to the property market, and we purchased this property from Australia. Throughout the whole process Jacqui was extremely informative about the property, the current market, and the process we had to go through. Jacqui was great at keeping in timely contact with us, and answering all the questions we had. This resulted both myself and my wife successfully purchasing the desired property. We are both very happy. I would highly recommend Jacqui's services.

Buying an investment
Bradley was very helpful in the purchase of my investment property he showed me the property a couple of times and got me all the information I needed to make an offer. I would defiantly use Bradley again to buy or sell

good choice
We chose Bradley as our agent because we liked his personality and we liked that he used modern technology as a sale strategy. We received so many comments about the quality of the video he made for our open home. He kept us posted as things unfolded. We felt like we were in good hands. And in the end our home sold to the first person through the first open home. The video made a great impact. We were happy with the result and would highly recommend Bradley. In fact, we have recommended him to our friends who are about to sell their home.

Great marketing!
After months of unsuccessfully trawling the Internet and visiting open homes, I was particularly interested in Bradley Lee’s new listing on TradeMe. His online marketing of the property was attractive, smooth and easy to navigate. All the information was easily accessible, and the property pack was instantly downloadable. I had an extensive wish list of what I wanted in my future property. From the online images this property ticked most of my boxes. But it was Bradley’s high end digital marketing that sold it to me before I had even stepped through the front door! The video connected with me emotionally. A gloriously long tracking shot invited the viewer to follow him along the long driveway, up the stairs into the grand entrance, and down the long hallway. It was both welcoming and informative, showing the scope of the large property but also allowing the viewer to feel that they were 'coming home.' I felt that this property was ‘the one’. I put in an unconditional offer at the very first viewing. Bradley took my offer seriously. I didn’t feel lost in a pile of multi-offers. He was alway respectful, never pushy or demanding, and our subsequent negotiations were productive. I appreciated his calm demeanour during a very stressful time. I would definitely recommend listing with Bradley if you're wanting to market your home to an increasingly digital savvy 21st century buyer.

We found Brad to be easy to talk to, knowledgeable and focused on getting us the best outcome, Brad didn’t over promise and at no time did he pressure us regarding the marketing or sale of the house, I would definitely recommend Brad and would certainly use his services again.

Approachable, knowledgable and and efficient
As a long term St Clair residents looking for a home in the same suburb, we were pleased to be able to deal with an Agent who knows the local market so well. While a Real Estate Agent is always working for the vendor, as purchasers we still felt that our queries and concerns were listened to. We would use Bradley again if we were buying or selling a home in St Clair.

Highly recommended
From a purchaser's perspective we found Brad to be a fantastic and very professional agent. He went above and beyond what would be expected of any agent in what ended up being an extremely frustrating and delayed settlement process, and in dealing with circumstances we appreciate were well outside of his control. He was great to work with right throughout the process and is an agent we would highly recommend.

Efficient and professional
Bradley's communication skills were excellent which meant that we could move fast and secure the home we wanted! He has been professional along the way and allowed us to get into the home to measure carpet pre settlement. No problems what so ever! Highly recommend!
