We were a little late getting on the market before Christmas but had wanted it on before, Bradley got us to wait as it was probably too close to Christmas and everyone heading away for holidays. This was a good call as if it had been on for 6 weeks people would have questioned why it hadn't sold already and there would have been less offers to choose from. I would recommend Mark to other buyers/sellers. Mark was very easy to deal with and achieved a great result in a short time frame. His communication was really good given the situation and living in different cities. I would use Mark again if buying/selling in Otago.

Jacqui was very well-informed about the Dunedin housing market and kept us up with the play as things progressed. They seem to have a more cooperative model in their agency, and their use of deadline sale software helped us get a fantastic price, but it was also fair for those bidding. More importantly, however, Jacqui warmly and patiently guided us through every step of the process. She gave us great advice about preparing our home for sale, walked us through the process and kept in contact through the selling process. If we had a question, she always responded promptly and allayed any worries.
