Mike has dealt with two family properties - both handled with excellent professionalism. This property Mike maintained regular site checks whilst being prepared for sale, to make sure mailbox was empty, garden watered and lawn mowed, arranging for servicing as and when required. Mike also provided excellent advice on how to present the inside re not too much and not too little furniture. I believe his advice greatly helped to contribute to a quick sale.
