Our house, despite being a fairly recently built house (less than 10 years) it took a long time to sell. Elman and the OneAgency team was great in understanding the challenge, what to do, how to market the house to better position it in the difficult NZ real estate market. We invited her to come and have a look at our property. After a general discussion Tamsin offered to do Market Appraisal. Tamsin sent us comprehensive information on the whole process, how she went about things, and the methods she used. Tamsin included a covering letter that ended with her saying she would really like to market our property. Tamsin came across as an accomplished and successful agent. Her appraisal was comprehensive and realistic. The information ran for some 20 pages. We were very impressed so we signed Tamsin as our agent. Tamsin kept us informed every step of the way.
