Our house, despite being a fairly recently built house (less than 10 years) it took a long time to sell. Elman and the OneAgency team was great in understanding the challenge, what to do, how to market the house to better position it in the difficult NZ real estate market. He was very open to hear our suggestions too and he was proactive in changing the marketing to make the house stand out of the rest. Buying a home from out of town, especially over the Xmas period, can throw up some challenges.
