We had a great experience with Johnny as we bought the house he was selling. He was always easy to contact, got back to us straight away, and was clear and direct with his communications. We had had some experiences with agents who kept things from us, but Johnny was straightforward so we did not have that anxiety. We appreciated that he was local to the area, as that added to his knowledge and experience. He was also flexible and understanding with us as we visited several open houses at that property, and then asked for quite a bit of due diligence. Our house, despite being a fairly recently built house (less than 10 years) it took a long time to sell. Elman and the OneAgency team was great in understanding the challenge, what to do, how to market the house to better position it in the difficult NZ real estate market. He was very open to hear our suggestions too and he was proactive in changing the marketing to make the house stand out of the rest. Buying a home from out of town, especially over the Xmas period, can throw up some challenges. Elman was always willing and able to help us out throughout the whole process, going the extra mile to get things sorted.
