Elman was absolutely incredible to work with. No question or request went unanswered (believe me, there were many - sorry Elman!), and he responded so quickly, which made the experience of buying our first home way less stressful. He conducted himself in such a way that we truly felt he had the best interest of both the vendor and us (the buyer) at heart. I can imagine that is such a hard balance to get right as an agent. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing, and Elman talked us through the process with endless patience. Would highly recommend anyone wishing to sell or buy their homes to go through Elman, and we can't thank him enough. He helped us into our (hopefully) forever home, but if we ever have to sell in the future he'll be our first call!

Mark is an affable honest very hard working agent We could not believe it when we found out he had taken it on himself to mow the lawn so that it was at its best before an open home Mark and his wife Doreen also did the final clean and staging which was really excellent and allowed Buyers to more easily imagine how it could be Mark is the best real estate agent we have ever used and we have no Hesitation in recommending him to any future seller or buyer

Having experienced Tamsin's approach on a previous house sale we did not hesitate to use her services again. Tamsin has in-depth knowledge of the process and a good understanding of market trends and where things were sitting for our location. Her communication is excellent - via phone, text, email and the marketing tools One Agency uses. We were kept very up to date with progress and had no need to chase her up for information - it was provided before we needed to! She showed sensitivity for our situation and circumstances. She provided great advice in terms of preparing for sale - and ran with our decisions. Tamsin went above and beyond what might be 'normal' for an agent in assisting us where needed. When some challenges arose for us during the marketing period she responded promptly and liaised with neighbours and others when we couldn't be 'on the ground' at certain times. She is very trustworthy and genuinely seeks to work in the best interests of everyone involved. We believe we only achieved a prompt sale due to her skills and experience. We will absolutely use Tamsin again if we ever have the opportunity to.

Great genuine guy who kept my wife and I updated every step of the way. No questions felt like too big of an ask and made the buying process so simple. I know a number of real estate agents and Mark stands out, going above and beyond for his vendors to keep the homes he is selling well cared for! It is nice to know the home you're buying is being looked after whether the owner is there or not. 100% recommended if selling or buying!
