We presented a difficult job to Tamsin with us leaving the country just when our property was listed. Prior to listing she was extremely helpful and accommodating with us very busy prior to departing for overseas. Her communication throughout the process was superb with timely and regular updates as well as helpful comments and reminders. She went out of her way to help with a number of issues that we couldn't attend to with being overseas, showing patience and understanding and worked around the weird times we were available. Tamsin was flexible and available to message or discuss matters as we needed to. She has a wide range and up to date knowledge on the local property market, keeping up with the evolving drivers of supply and demand. This changed a lot over our listing time reflecting the unusual times with interest rates, recent change of government, tax changes for investors, workforce layoffs and the country in recession. Elman is a star! We were living in the South Island so almost all our engagement was by remote means, but it certainly was not remote in style, (lots of phone calls) or content with up to the minute information. He was proactive and did wee extras for us that made things go smoothly and progress was ongoing despite some issues with the Council over old building consents. You certainly knew he was working for you and wanted the best result we could hope for.
