I received in response great info and encouragement in what he thought could be achieved, exhibiting an appreciation of the market and where I might fit in the market. His communication skills were excellent and timely, including in person, on the phone and via email and text. I always knew what was happening and what I needed to do. I felt consulted and listened to. I felt his rapport and communication with potential buyers was on the mark and very genuine, rather than overly salesy. The reporting I got after potential buyer interaction was equally excellent.
