Mike has displayed exceptional knowledge in the event of selling our Rocote non cavity 1901 single story dwelling 23Althorp place in Hyde Park Avonhead Christchurch where three attempts failed by other agents. And as this dwelling was owned by our family from New and had been well maintained throughout its life and had no external damage to the cladding through the ChCh Earthquake. I wasn't prepared to reclad or repair that which was not broke. Don't waste your time going to anyone else! Sharon is amazing at what she does. I wanted a quick sale, my house was sold, contract signed on day one of going on the market.
