Wade was the agent involved in selling a house I recently bought. I was always very professional and friendly, at the house viewing and when organising the offer for the sellers. I found him to be very respectful, not sharing unnecessary information to myself (the buyer) and always making sure that I understood what was happening in the process and what we needed to do next. Our rental lease was almost up and an opportunity to buy a property presented itself. My wife and I liked the home we saw, we wanted to move fast and also wanted the deal done before sunset the next day. Mike and Wade took immediate action and within about 30 hours the price was agreed, the offer was signed and accepted and in addition Mike had arranged for us to terminate our rental agreement early. Way to go Mike and team! It was a pleasure deal with Mike and Wade and a treasure to learn that Mike and Steve are brothers in Christ too. Amen.

First and foremost Mike knows his stuff. We found Mike to be very professional but approached the job with a friendly, informal manner. Great for a yarn. He explained the process clearly and kept us regularly updated and informed. I think it's true to say the property market had definitely slowed when we contracted Mike to carry our the sale. In addition, we were selling a property with tenants in occupancy, so he didn't have it easy. Mike had regular open days meaning sensitive negotiations were needed with the tenants. Mike was motivated and genuinely interested in our thoughts and ideas. He worked hard on our behalf. He is a good listener and a good bloke. Many thanks Mike.
