This was a deceased estate that had been on the market for many months by a lack lustre agent before Marchelle Dann was recommended to us. Thankfully we took up the recommendation and our property was sold in a few weeks. It was a hard time for us as the house had been unoccupied for over a year and needed work and we lived overseas. Marchelle focused only on the positive and actively marketed the property. Her advice was exact, relevant and spot on. It was the little touches that made the difference. She was also very accessible and kept us informed. Cannot recommend Marchelle Dann highly enough.

We found Mike and Wade to be totally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We live in Wellington and we were able to do the whole process via zoom, calls, email . Our experience with Wade Goatley was an easy one. He was available anytime in person or on the phone. At our initial meeting after our offer on the house, Mike Goatley was very helpful with Wade, explaining all we had to know and do. Wade was friendly and casual throughout, while being business minded about the purchase. Which put us at ease also. Ready to explain all we weren't sure about.
