This is the second property in two years that Mike has marketed and sold for us. We are not local and as out of town vendors it is imperative to have an agent that is going to look after our interests and manage the whole process for us. Mike provided an excellent service and his communication was impeccable - not too much and not too little (just right). Mike secured an offer that exceeded our expectations and when some issues were identified in the building inspection he was able to secure the services of a builder (at short notice) to take care of the issues without compromising the settlement date. During this time I had a close relative experiencing serious health issues and Mike was so understanding and took all the stress and worry of completing the requirements (from me) to satisfy the buyer, and on time. I appreciated his empathy and support over this difficult time. I highly recommend both Wade and Mike and I wouldn't look at any other Agency for a property sale in Christchurch.
