An affordable opportunity to secure an elevated 857m² property with views across Tauranga Bay, one of the Far North’s most desirable sandy beaches.
Enjoy a simple holiday escape today, secure your place at the beach for the future, or investigate the possibilities this hillside site may offer.
Existing bach-style facilities include an open-plan sleeping/living cabin, a separate kitchen cabin, shower facilities, a long-drop toilet and an additional small hillside sleep-out. The covered outdoor entertaining area, “The Beach Shack”, features a rustic bar and substantial timber table.
A newly concreted driveway improves vehicle access to the existing buildings. Turning space is limited.
For those with vision, there is potential to investigate removing the existing structures, creating a more functional parking area and positioning a future hillside home to capture the coastal outlook.
The property is offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis. Existing structures are basic and unconsented. A small water tank supplies the kitchen and shower, and a builder’s pole provides power to the cabins. No electrical safety certificate has been provided.
Concept imagery is indicative only. Any future development requires site investigations and necessary council approvals. Boundary markings are approximate, and the location and extent of improvements on council road reserve require verification.
