This was the third property Ann has sold for us. The first two went well but this time I was quite disappointed. Ann recommended we sell by negotiation but only ever brought us one potential buyer. The price achieved was disappointing given the buoyant market and prices achieved by others in the area. What she once described as a beautiful property had somehow become low spec and poorly maintained. We really had no choice but to accept this offer or wait till mid January and try again. I feel we would have had better luck if we had used an agent who was working more in the area. Given the effort she put into marketing our house I feel her discounted commission of $40,000 was nothing less than obscene.

Ann was great to meet and consult with initially, and offered exellent advice and progressed her items with a varied and skilled team (staging, marketing, legal etc) promptly, and flexibly. We needed to delay the process for a week or so and as soon as we were ready, her prep meant that everything kicked off like clockwork. The August 2021 COVID lockdown hit halfway through the planned open home period and Ann was well prepared for this and again, ensured that plans were in place for coming out of Lockdown, as well as continuing to explore opportunitues with the people who'd already come through. This resulted in a number of pre-auction offers and we were able to get a great result! We highly recommend Ann, a very professional, experienced, warm and friendly agent who made our experience excellent.
