In Hopes of relocating from Auckland to Christchurch we packed back to back house viewings in a long weekend. Andy organised a private viewing for claw place twice in the same weekend. Andy did a great job on the sale of an ex rental of ours. He brought us a very good offer prior to the property even going on the market. We decided to decline the offer with the hope to achieve a better result after some marketing.
