We used Pete from NZR to sell our Rural Lifestyle property. At the same time we were selling a residential home in Wellington using another company. The somewhat unique situation provided us with an opportunity to compare companies and agents. Not having sold properties before we were somewhat in the dark as to how to the process played out in reality. In summary the two experiences could not have been more different.
