persistence paid off
Ash never threw in the towel when the market was very flat in Kerikeri, he persisted with good advertising and was always reassuring that a good buyer would come along. He kept us well informed with regular market updates and reports of buyer interest and feed-back. He built a good relationship with us as vendors even though we lived in the South Island during the sales campaign. No reservations about his commitment and are happy to recommend him as an agent who will work for you.

Professional with excellent people skills
I like to thank Ash for his outstanding efforts in selling my property. He got thrown into challenging circumstances and kept calm and collected no matter what. He made himself available no matter what time, day or circumstances and always went the extra mile to ensure we overcome all obstacle's that came along. Ash was an amazing agent!!!
Ash was such a pleasure to work with! He was super professional and always happy to go the extra mile when dealing with questions we had for the vendor or any other sort of questions we had, being first home buyers. It felt like he always had the time for us and answered every call even after hours. We couldn't be more grateful that we were even allowed to pull our settlement date forward to be in before Christmas and he worked tirelessly with us to get us into our first home.
