I did not know Callum prior to putting my house on the market. I found him to be thoughtful, helpful, enthusiastic, genuine and always professional. He is easy to talk to and engaging. He hosted probably two thirds of the Open Homes and despite the lack of attendance of potential buyers on many occasions, he remained positive. He seems to understand the rural market on Banks Peninsula. He answered my questions in an "easy to understand" way. NZSlR does not, as yet, have high visibility in this area. I was impressed with the high quality of the brochures. The colours were great, an excellent quality card and the layout was very good. The photography and the drone footage was very pleasing. The photography staff were courteous and knew their stuff. In fact my house looked so much better than I thought it would!
