Above and beyond!

Callum is absolutely fantastic! He's friendly, professional and was so accommodating with my requests to view the property and getting me the information I asked for. When I moved in, the gas hot water wasn't working and he came right around to have a look himself instead of simply recommending a tradesman - he didn't have to do that and I'm so grateful for his kindness!
