A Dream Team! Sounds unoriginal, however Chris and Pete are far from that. Two extremely professional gentleman who love their work, wear the Nidd name proudly and also have fun while maintaining integrity and professionalism. Our experience with Chris and Pete was absolutely stress free due to the way they go about their work as described above. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to have them as our agents in the future.

Kirsty help us sell our rental last year and made the whole process easy. The property was rented while on the market, Kirsty handled all the dealings with the tenants during the process, took control of all the parties involved and got a great result. We highly recommend Kirsty and would be our first call when selling or looking to buy.

We have bought and/or sold with Kirsty three times now. I have always been very impressed with the way Kirsty makes herself available to answer questions or provide feedback on how things are going. She is friendly and always professional in the information she provides all parties involved. Whenever I have asked her advice I have found her knowledgeable and trustworthy. She goes above and beyond what I would expect and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is considering listing their property. Thanks Kirsty

Kirsty has helped us with the sale of both of our homes. She is incredibly proactive in communicating with you as to what is happening when selling with her. As buyers using other agents we noticed a huge difference in her approach to the other agents & because she was so good felt like all the other agents were not as good at keeping you up to date with what is happening during an incredibly stressful time. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody.

We bought our first house from Kirsty and when it was time to sell it we went back to her. She is exceptionally trustworthy and truthful. She goes the extra mile, gets anything done that you can't and makes the process so easy. She is the fixer of the house selling world! She even lent us furniture when we were in need!! We would go back to her in a heart beat. I don't think we could ever find anyone as good as her.
