It was all free no obligation advice and he went well beyond the service you'd expect from a standard realestate agent. Years down the track it was a no brainier to employee Chris and his business partner Peter to sell the property. The selling experience was exceptional too. The price we obtained was at the upper end of the market appraisal which was fantastic considering we were selling in a quiet period of the market. Chris and Peter also provided exceptional advice around property presentation and target market for buyers. We had a number of options for this property and together we made the right decision to maximise it's value and to present the property in it's best light.
