Our first property sale with the help and guidance of Taylor and Strong.
We initially bought our property through Taylor and Strong. They were excellent with us when buying the house, It seemed logical to sell through them too. As this was our first property sale, we were not sure of the correct procedure and at first it seemed quite daunting. Prior to our house going on the market, Taylor and Strong provided us with extensive guidance to get the home market ready. They answered all of our questions in regards to the process and throughout the course of the sale. They produced a detailed selling plan and market strategy that was tailored for us and our needs. We really appreciate all of their help, guidance, attention to detail, excellent communication, professionalism and great personalities. We cannot recommend them enough.

My family has had very positive experiences with Kirsty on the sale of 2 properties in 2007 and 2021
I have dealt with Kirsty on behalf of my family on the sale of 2 family properties .On both occasions I have found Kirsty's market knowledge ,communication ,reliability and professionalism to be excellent.Our family has been very pleased with the outcomes of both sales. Outstanding!

A job well done
Kerry and her team did a fantastic job, from start to finish. Extremely helpful from the outset, in terms of suggestions and advice for getting the property ready for market. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. The effort put in to shepherd the sale through the final stages went, in my opinion, above and beyond. Expert real estate agent
Kerry made every aspect of selling my house simple and straightforward. She has excellent market knowledge, and a wide range of contacts, which made readying the house for sale a relatively easy and stress-free experience. The house was well marketed, and Nidd hosted several open homes, after which the sold quickly, and for a very good price. Kerry kept in regular touch with me about how the marketing was going. I would recommend her without reservation if you are trying to sell a home in or around Dunedin.

Very Professional, prompt,
Kirsty has been Very Professional, very prompt & gone the extra yard to meet my unusual & busy lifestyle which would have made contact with me difficult due to working in Prison where no cell phones are allowed, & landline is unattended most of the time. Excellent experience for a pensioner who has been both excited & anxious about the process of downsizing.

Highly recommended
