We came upon the Dunedin property we wanted to put an offer on while waiting for our own property to go unconditional, which only happened five days before the deadline sale date we had to meet. We had a lot to do in a short timeframe and living out of the region didn't make it easier. Kerry helped us in every way possible to get our ducks in a row so that we could get an offer in on time. Communication was key for us throughout and Kerry always responded and helped us with our queries. She was also obliging in arranging times for a builders visit and for us to do a private inspection when we could get to Dunedin. We were successful in purchasing the property and the whole experience went as smoothly as it could due to Kerry's efficiency. We consider ourselves lucky that she was the agent selling the house.
