We felt the whole experience of selling our house was made very easy, we where very impressed with their market knowledge and friendly service. We also very much appreciated all the help and advice we receive when purchasing our new home. Thank you so much. Big thumbs up👍

We worked with Tina buying our first home and she was great. Friendly, accessible, and did what she said she was going to do. She really made the process of buying our first home easier.

great to deal with, never too busy to answer any questions and always professional

Nick was great to deal with. He listened when I had questions and concerns and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. The PA was lovely and would always update me via email. The WhatsApp group was great and I would get a very quick response whenever I posted any questions to the team. They also offered to help find us a new home too and gave us advice about making offers etc. along the way which I felt was above and beyond.

Highly recommend the team at Mike Pero, excellent communication and result achieved. Thanks to Nick, Tina, Vanessa and Fiona for making my first time selling and buying an easy experience. 10/10

Nick, Tina and Fiona were amazing to deal with. Everything was easy and straight forward. They kept me informed through the whole process and achieved a sale price I was very happy with. Great work team!

We feel Nick went over & above to accommodate our needs. He kept in touch regularly, kept us updated & responded quickly to questions we asked. It was a pleasure to work with him on our property purchase.

Nick and Tina did a great job selling our house. Much quicker than we thought. They are very professional, know the market but also personable easy to talk with and we had a few laughs.

My experience was very drawn out, but never did the team falter. Kept me enthused and optimistic. They kept the Open Days going well, and always gave great feedback. I really appreciate the support and hard work that was put into selling my property. Can really recommend Nick, Tina, and team when you have to move - it is such a hard time (especially on your own) and such wonderful folk working so hard would be hard to beat.

Nick and the team were extremely easy to deal with, down to earth and very transparent. The house buying process isn't easy, especially for first-home buyers but Nick and the team certainly did their best to make the process that much more manageable. Thanks team!

Nick and Tina helped us not only with the sale of our property but also found us our next family home. We couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through our first property sale experience. They made everything so easy and stress-free and we can not rate them highly enough. Nick, Tina and the whole Mike Pero Parklands team have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we will be sure to refer them to all family and friends looking for an agent in the future.

Tina, Nick and Fiona went above and beyond selling my property. They advised the best sale method with how the market was performing at the time of listing and had an offer in prior to the deadline. Everything was well communicated and organised. Would definitely purchase and sell through Tina and Nick again.
