Nick was great to deal with. He listened when I had questions and concerns and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. The PA was lovely and would always update me via email. The WhatsApp group was great and I would get a very quick response whenever I posted any questions to the team. They also offered to help find us a new home too and gave us advice about making offers etc. along the way which I felt was above and beyond.
