Ani Tapa was the agent for a property we recently purchased. We found her to be helpful and friendly, always available when we needed more information and quick to respond. Ani helped me prepare the property for viewing. When we could not get a contractor at short notice she helped me clip the overgrown hedge. She enlisted the cooperation of my tenant for viewing and gave me weekly updates with a happy outcome where I got 3 offers on the same day. We had good communications with the agents and they cleared up all doubts that came up before the offer document. There were more communications as we went unconditional and it went smoothly. After we went unconditional most of our queries were directed through the solicitor. When we did the final inspections there was a hiccup and we had to reschedule so they were gracious to give us an alternate time from their busy schedules. After the bank cleared the home settlement we picked up the keys from their office. Overall easy to deal with.
