The market knowledge was good. Not happy with the things that were wrong that Blair could have told us about. the stove was a big issue. It tok me 5 cans of oven cleaner and a lot of scrapping toget it clean and then it blew up 3 weeks later. The ignitor on the stove top was broken. The cupboards were not clean. Most of everything else was good.

Listen to them, do as they suggest, & you reap the reward. On a market which was unstable & about to fall, Blair read the potential buyers so well that our sale price was more than acceptable. His experience & application were amazing. All that’s left is say - you would be unwise to select anyone else to handle your sale.
