We have recently purchased a beautiful home in Taupo. They listened to what we wanted and were communicative and professional throughout. They had in depth knowledge of the properties listed with them. We would highly recommend both Penny and Sacha. Not only are they great at their job, they are super friendly too.

Penny was great to deat with through both the buying and selling process
Penny was great to deal with through both the buying and selling process. She kept in touch constantly so we always knew what was happening. She was thorough in explaining how the process worked and what alternatives were available for selling which meant we could make an easy informed decision on the selling method. We would use Penny again if we were to sell.

Very professional from our initial consultation right through until settlement.
We were impressed with Penny's presentation for our marketing campaign. The actual putting together of the photo's and video exceeded our expectations and it obviously worked as we had a good result in a very short time frame.
