Outstanding performance - beyond vendor expectations

Both Vaughan & John had to deal with a family of three parties, as the vendor’s property was held in a trust. Trustees were not living in Napier area. Consequently their communications by phone & whats app was superb. Builder’s reports highlighted major problems they had to supervise the repair of on our behalf. They suggested contractors for us to deal directly with . Show home furniture for open days was planned. There were three offers received over 10 weeks - not consequently. Two offers were obtained when the house was emptied of furniture. Given that the my sister had been relocated to a retirement village in Christchurch, and her equity was tied up in her house, we were positive sellers..However , their negotiating skills on obtainable the best price , above the opening offer, was positive and reassuring .. signing offers was easily done electronically on line. Very grateful for their profession approach and personal contact skills. Highly recommend Vaughan & John as a great professional & knowledgable team and very friendly to work with.. would use them again if the occasion arose .
