Made our move to Napier feel easy!

Above and Beyond Service Level

I have used Neal to sell my house as I bought it from him too. As both the purchaser and the vendor he made everything happen and made it easy for me. Happy to get in the middle and have conversations with all involved to smooth the way with a very practical how can we make this happen approach. Then there is his sense of style both interiors and landscaping that will help to make a property attractive to as many people as possible - great ideas and they certainly made a difference. His knowledge of the Hawkes Bay market and how it sits within the wider national market and therefore who the target market for the property is extremely helpful too. This proved to be 100% accurate in the case of selling my property.
