Did not push or rush, listened to what we needed in relation to planning, timings, opportunities and to what we needed, wanted to achieve. Flexible and accommodating nothing ever to much of a problem always supportive offering ideas solutions, options, opportunities. Always available and offering professional help and support to help us through the whole process from beginning to end. No pressure. Open homes well planned and organized not rushed all made welcome, nothing a problem. Well done and excellent follow up and reporting back to us. Set up and managed, supervised, actioned a very good marketing plan with documentation. Richards strengths to me where his knowledge of the overall market, excellent knowledge of the area and location that we selling from his very professional approach and management of any questions asked and his really overall ease to work with.
