Genuine human being - like no other Real Estate agent
Tash was an exceptional real estate agent, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the beginning, she was honest, factual and professional. I always felt she was giving me the real picture rather than simply telling me what I wanted to hear, and I knew she was genuinely looking out for my best interests as her vendor – unlike any other real estate agent I have dealt with! I was 50/50 about whether to sell the property or re-rent it. I wasn’t under pressure to sell and was testing the market to see what value could be achieved. However, I didn’t want the property sitting empty for months, so I gave Tash a relatively short timeframe. The result was outstanding. Over just three weekends of open homes, Tash brought around 40 groups through the property and presented me with multiple offers at the deadline. What impressed me most happened next. Tash continued negotiating on my behalf and achieved a better price and conditions. Having bought and sold several properties over the years, I know this doesn’t always happen. Agents can be a tempted to simply get the deal across the line. Tash did the opposite. She kept working to achieve the very best result for me.
