Excellent experience

Jay was our first contact with Hamilton branch of Sothebys. He was very helpful listening to us. When we had to go away out of phone contact for a week before the actual sale process began he kept our key and was the contact person for our security company. He was involved in the advice to remove some furniture and move other pieces to a better place. He worked very hard on showing people through our house and following up on potential buyers. Brilliant experience!

Russell and Angela were very easy to communicate with through our whole selling experience. They were well organised and listened well to what we thought and wanted. They initially advised on removing excess furniture or arranging furniture in a more appealing way. This was followed up by a very reasonably priced visit from a staging expert who loaned items to us for the sale period. They put a lot of time in to managing the large numbers of potential buyers who came through our house, following up on them and identifying the potential buyers. The Auction process was handled very professionally and we were very happy with the outcome. we were so impressed with the way they worked on the whole process we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
