Miss Jay Realty was awesome. The Team did what they needed to for eg. Advertising etc to find clients to purchase our land, I would recommend miss Jay reality to anyone.

Fantastic Job by Jay and the team.
Jay was amazing , she went above and beyond to sell our Home. She did not sit back when an offer came in, she continued to work to make sure we had back up offers as well. Jay works hard to achieve the very best for her clients. I would recommend her and the team to anyone considering the sale of their home.

Working with Jay
I was drawn to use Jays services as when I went online she appeared to work hard and get results. Most other local agents went to ground with covid but Jay appeared to still have the lines of communication open to discuss and action our needs as she was able. She is personable and easy to talk to. She listens to your story and does her best to deliver that service you are asking for.

Average Service
Reasonable pleasant to deal with although a little disorganization and lacked internal communication between themselves. A bit of miss communication between them and the vendors also. Would ask Fliss a question and she would say will check on Sunday before the open home, get to the open home on Sunday, Fliss wouldn't be there, Jay wouldn't know and the question wouldn't get answered. Would have been given precise answers when asked or in a timley manor after. Haven't herd or seen a anything from them scene the money went through apart from sending me this review 9 months Later.

Average service
Not overly impressed with the sale process of my property, Valued the house way above market value which meant it sat on the Market a long time with little interest, average advertising package for the money spent.
