Nicky is a friendly person easy to chat to. She is extremely knowledgeable and had gone out of her way to know little details about a property so had all the information when you had questions. Nothing was too much to ask, always helpful, making time to keep you informed on what was happening or how to go about finding out about something relevant to the property or area. Completely professional knowing real estate law, we were lucky to apply for early entry which Nicky had recommended and it worked out well for what we ended up needing to do. Nicky is amazing! Very professional and methodical approach from the initial market appraisal through to the listing and finally selling of the property. It was nice to have an agent giving an honest estimate of value given the current market conditions, rather than inflated, unrealistic figures that would have stalled the intire process, and no-doubtedly delivered no result. Nicky is punctual, reliable and follows up in a timely fashion, the progress reports are detailed and relevant.
