This lady went over and above what was expected and took a lot of the stress of purchasing this home (and even offered advise in the selling of my present home) out of the equation. NIcky went over and above in this purchase for me, as for me living in Auckland, it would have been difficult to phone & organize quotes, meet at site etc re: satisfy the building report.
