I had the pleasure of meeting Tash two years ago when she listed my mother’s house in Shaw ave Paeroa, she impressed me on the first meeting as I found her sincere honest and caring which made the process alot easier for me. Tash stayed in constant contact and on occasion when I couldn’t get to Paeroa she kept house clean and her husband wound mow the lawns and keep the gardens up to date. Since the house sold in June Tash has kept in contact. I now classify her as, a friend. I would not hesitate to recommend Tash to anyone who was considering selling their property. I was unable to make any Open Homes due to distance , but Nicky went out of her way to make viewing arrangements at other times more suited for me.If Nicky didn't know the answer to a specific detail, it wasn't very long before one was provided. Nothing was an issue which I most appreciated being a long distance away. Nicky kept me up to date all the time. In short a beautiful experience with a wonderful result.

I met Jay when looking for our new home, at the open home, he was friendly, very knowledgeable about the area, the house and the market. we had one or 2 issues with the building inspector that was recommended to to us by someone else, which affected finance conditions, Jay came up with solutions and other recommendations, this helped us secure the property we now call home. Jay was happy to get us access to the property when we needed and went , I believe, above and beyond trying to help us secure the property, even as far as replacing lightbulbs that were found not working at the final inspection. Jay made the experience of buying a house a very good one. I would recommend Jay to anyone who asked, and already have done so.
