Local Government (Rating) Act 2002
The Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, under the
provisions of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 and at the request of
South Taranaki District Council will offer for sale by tender the property
situated at 442 Ingahape Road, RD 12, Hawera containing 1.4236 hectares
more or less being Lot 2 Deposited Plan 348487 contained in Record of Title
198889 (Taranaki Registry).
The property comprises, what is understood to be, bare land with a farm shed / barn in poor condition.
Tenders close at 4pm on 1 August 2025.
