Marelize kept us in the loop with all that was happening. She seemed to be on top of what was happening in the area, what was selling and what wasn't, and offering advice with what to do in regard to our home to help us to get the best possible price. She always came back to us after every open home to let us know what the mood was amongst the viewers and that she was following up on them. I was impressed by the number of open homes she had, especially since the home was out of Ashburton, and she offered people 2nd viewings when they wanted them, even though she had to travel. I would have no problem recommending Marelize to anyone trying to sell their home.

My husband and I go around open-houses with our casual clothes, nothing fancy at all. A lot of agents won't even talk to us aside from the usual "Hello; Come in; Pls log your name and number" With Angela, he talked to us about the house and even encouraged us to ask any question we might have in mind.
