Aaron and Matt were experts in their field. They gave us clear information with supporting data that was easy to understand. They had such a positive attitude and bought energy and enthusiasm to marketing our house. They were patient and found solutions to any difficulties. They gave us encouragement at each step in what was a new process for us. We were regularly updated as the marketing period progressed. The presentation of the sale information and photographs were stunning and the house looked the best it ever had. We were given easy access to support contractors - cleaners painters and stagers which saved us time and money. From our first contact with Lowe and Co at reception we were met with courtesy and helpfulness. Other members of the team Pearl and Charles were also fantastic - they were encouraging, making all the interactions pleasurable. The team went the extra mile on so many occasions. Based on our experience we have a high level of trust in Aaron and Matt and Lowe and Co overall and will recommend them to anyone we know in Wellington looking to sell. We were overawed going in to this process but Aaron and Matt took the stress away with their personal approach to us and professional attitude to the task.
