We used Lowe and Co to sell our much loved Khandallah home and wow what a team they are. When you have Mat Baxter, Emma Young, Jackie Farrel, Shelley Cheriton-Weeks and Craig Lowe plus so may more all working for you it feels and is, special. As out of town sellers, they made the process easy for us, they looked after all the details, got the property ready for sale and two weeks after listing the property it was sold. A truly 10/10 service.

Very strong — they really understand the local market and provided helpful insights.

I am pleased to say I had a positive experience in dealing with everyone in the team. I genuinely appreciated the support and was impressed by the high level of professionalism and communication they displayed in assisting me in this process. I would happily recommend their services.

We couldn’t have picked a better team to help us sell our place and move to our dream home. Emma and Mat went above and beyond—organised, prompt, enthusiastic, and proactive throughout every open home and follow-up. Their effort and dedication made the whole process seamless. We truly couldn’t have done it without them!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Emma and Mat! they are both extraordinary at what they do and they both made the process of purchasing our first home a lot less stressful than we ever expected. We do not hesitate in recommending them to sellers and buyers alike. Thank you both for your patience, advice & kindness we really do appreciate it. Cannot wait to move into our lovely new home!

Emma and Mat were outstanding in selling our house in Miramar. Their communication went above and beyond, which was particularly important as we were based in another city. They worked with potential buyers to ensure a deal was achieved right through to the tender closing. Even at settlement, when we had a washing machine to remove, Mat organised its removal. Would highly recommend this team.

Emma and Mat sold my rental property after fire accidient, pointed out the potential issues with my property, gave us advices to imporve my property value, frequently catch up to update all the details, reacted fast and got everything done pretty quickly, eventually sold my property in a good price, A+ team

Mat went above and beyond to make our home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He was professional, approachable, and a great communicator throughout the process. We really appreciated how easy he was to deal with and how he always went the extra mile to help us as buyers. Thanks Mat!

Liked Emma from the start and entrusted her with a second house sale after she got a good result with the first. Good comms and a great team behind her, would sell again with her no question. Excellent agent!

An excellent and professional team, Emma and Matt and the team are so friendly and responsive. Im really grateful to them for selling my place at speed and at a reasonable price given the market. Highly recommended!! :)

We can’t speak highly enough of both Emma and Mat and their support team when we entrusted them to sell our property . We live out of the area and all communication was so easy. Selling a first home is quite stressful and the Team made it so easy for us.

A good experience; a quick result in a market downturn at an acceptable offer/price. Emma and her staff were very professional; great to deal with and treated us well. An excellent marketing and selling strategy.
