Poor Experience with This Agency

Our experience purchasing a property through Professionals was unfortunately not very positive. While Kylie Churchward is a lovely person, the process itself felt unprofessional and far from smooth. We were given certain assurances at the beginning that did not materialize, leaving us feeling misled. There seemed to be a significant lack of communication between the rental and sales teams, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion, particularly regarding issues left behind by the tenants. Nothing was properly addressed until the very last day, forcing us to make rushed, last-minute decisions. After settlement, we were left with a large amount of rubbish on the property, despite being promised it would be removed promptly – yet no one ever returned to take care of it. We were also not provided with alarm codes or manuals to reset the system, making it essentially unusable. Adding to the disappointment, the ‘Sold’ sticker and sales board were removed before we even received the keys, making what should have been a special moment feel rushed and impersonal. The whole experience was far below our expectations and left us feeling flustered and unsupported at a time that should have been exciting and memorable.
