A straightforward, easy experience with Mark Real Estate. Richelle Williams and Maddison Williams have been great to deal with so far! Good communication & prompt to get on to any issues. They have both been friendly & approachable and explained everything well. They went the extra mile and left a welcome pack on the bench upon me moving in which contained coffee, chocolate, hand soap etc which was such a nice, added personal touch :) highly recommend!

Richelle has managed our property for the past 3 years. During that time, her and her team have been fantastic to work with. Her communication and professionalism has meant that we didn't have to worry about our property as we could trust that she had everything taken care of. We would 100% recommend Richelle and her team for any home owners looking for a property manager in Upper Hutt

Richelle and Maddie were absolute stars. Amazingly prompt on response time, went ABOVE and beyond getting me settled super quickly and were beyond empathic and understating. You couldn’t ask for better. You will be treated like a person, not a number, excellent communication and incredible service. This isn’t the first time they have helped my family and I’m sure it won’t be the last. You won’t regret working with them to find your home 🩷

Our property manager has been really good up to now. We had an issue with rain coming into the lounge through the patio door. Reported this to Richelle who made contact with the builders to rectify this issue.

Very quick to respond to queries, never an unanswered phone call and all very helpful

Mark Real Estate Property Management

I rented a property managed by Mark Real Estate Professionals and found the team to be professional, approachable, and easy to deal with throughout my tenancy. Communication was always clear and timely, and any queries or maintenance requests were handled efficiently. They were especially understanding and accommodating when my circumstances changed and I needed to extend my end-of-tenancy date, responding promptly to my request. I was also pleasantly surprised during one of my routine house inspections when an agent presented me with a gift box after I was recognised as Tenant of the Month. It was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel genuinely valued as a tenant. I would happily recommend Mark Real Estate Professionals to anyone seeking professional and considerate property management services.
