I can’t begin to explain how amazing Rachael is. I don’t have enough characters to describe the experience. She is confident, extremely responsive, and of all the agents I’ve dealt with the she is fair to both vendor and buyer (rare). There is a stigma with agents that they only care about the vendors. I didn’t get that from her at all. My partner and I walked away from her office and couldn’t stop complimenting how our meetings went. We are first home buyers, we’ve dealt with many agents she by far exceeds them all. She made the process easy, zero stress and on top of that she is a genuinely lovely person. In a time sensitive time like buying a home she didn’t make us feel on edge at any point in time. It’s also important to note that despite the enormous interest in the home we purchased she always had time to answer questions. She took us seriously and she genuinely had a huge part in us being successful in purchasing our first home. We are so grateful for her. It’s so rare to find genuine people who work for both parties.
