This is the 1st time I have worked with Angy and I'm pretty controlling when it comes to selling my properties - but this time I let go of the reins and Angy did a brilliant job. She made sure my house was looking it's best whenever anyone came through and the communication from Angy was 100%. I go back to Dan every time I sell as I know he listens to how I want to sell. I wrote a number on his initial paperwork as to what I wanted to sell for - and he achieved this. It's a slow market out there at the moment - but he managed to get nearly 50 groups through the 1st three open homes and generated much interest. Dan also knows it's not about the highest selling $ for me - it also has to be to the right purchaser. We have dropped our expected selling price on some properties just to be able to give a first home owner a step onto the market - and Dan respects that. Thank you for years of great communication, great sales and making it all so easy.

Maria was very welcoming and friendly. She had great knowledge of the property as well as the surrounding neighbourhood, right down to knowing the neighbours and being able to tell me what they are like. She was also very accommodating, allowing me to come outside of open home times. Maria also went above and beyond in helping source contractors to be able to do some alterations to my new house.
