Dan's relaxed attitude to selling doesn't really match his commitment to the process. He does a great job of profiling buyers and gives prompt feedback to the vendor at every stage. Does not come across pushy or as too much of a salesman, easy guy to work with as a seller or buyer.

Dean and Alena are both very good communicators with a vast knowledge of the real estate market. Dean took the time to sit down with us and read through the S&P agreement, his knowledge of this contract was impressive and frankly made the process a lot less anxiety causing and a lot more enjoyable. At each stage of the offer process he communicated clearly and effectively and in a friendly professional manner. Working with the vendors he managed to aid both parties in effective negotiation and we had a streamlined offer process. Kathryn worked with us for 2 months to sell our property. During that time she was able to source and arrange installation of insulation and a plumber to fix a leaking shower through her contacts, so no extra hassle for us and got us great rates too. Her communication skills were fantastic and she kept us up to date with every open home, market changes and suggestions to tweak our listing to attract our eventual buyer. Once we found our buyer Kathryn was also able to organize a roofer to confirm work required that was found in the builders report. Her list of contacts was unparalleled and saved us so much extra admin. Would definitely use her again 10/10
