Maria and Marissa were amazing while selling my house and assisting me in buying another, all in a short space of time over the difficult Christmas period. We were up and running with a fully photographed advertising campaign just three days after signing the agreement. My existing house sold in well under the market average and I bought my new property within a day of seeing it. They are great communicators and I always knew what was happening with regular updates and comprehensive reports.
We have worked with Maria twice before. Maria is always available to talk and written communication and an update is consistent as is her attention to detail. Maria is easy to talk to with great ideas and suggestions. She is clued up about the area, market and contant changes in regulations. Maria is not adverse to the hard conversations that may be required. Nothing is ever easy but when you employ Maria you feel you can off load some of the stress and the nuances of selling, or buying.
Marissa and Maria were an excellent team to deal with, provided really practical advice on getting our property delivered for sale, advising what was happening with the market and full and frank details of potential purchasers. They even delivered pies and pastries when we were in covid isolation, offered to help clean up the garden when we were short of time, replaced batteries in smoke detectors that all went flat at once and delivered contracts back and forward well into the evening. Very prompt communications and smooth process.

Even taking on the sale of the property of our eventual purchasers so that they could sell in time to purchase our property. All that during an Omicron outbreak too, there wasn't anything that was thrown at them that was too hard, and they helped with grace and charm at every hurdle. From a marketing perspective they knew exactly what would and wouldn't work and so our spend was well targeted. Some of the extras that they helped with were finding a wonderful staging company, a feature spot on the Harcourts breakfast tv segment, vacuumed when we were unable to get back to the house, moved lawn sprinklers, bought batteries for a remote that needed fixing and so many other things that are too numerous to mention, but which all form part of the house sale process, and can be super stressful if you are living elsewhere. They even helped with some tips for a tender we were putting in for our next property. I couldn't recommend them more highly, they are so down to earth and calm and that's just what we needed during what would have otherwise been a super stressful time. I highly recommend them and wouldn't look anywhere else next time it comes time to sell.
