We had a fantastic experience working with Jamie on the sale of our home. From the very beginning, we felt confident in his approach and appreciated his professionalism, clear guidance, and thoroughness throughout the entire process. Jamie was incredibly efficient and achieved a great result in a short timeframe, which really stood out. What made the biggest difference, though, was his consistently positive attitude. No matter what came up, he was calm, solution-focused, and reassuring. There were a few timing and coordination aspects that required adjustments to our listing dates, but Jamie handled everything seamlessly. He adapted quickly and kept the process moving smoothly at all times. Most importantly, we always felt like we were in safe hands. Selling a home can be stressful, but Jamie made it feel seamless and well-managed from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely supportive agent.

We’ve just finished our sixth property deal with Jamie, and once again he made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. Every time he makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which is no small thing when it comes to buying and selling. He knows the market inside out, keeps you in the loop the whole way through, and is always upfront and easy to deal with. What we really rate is how much he genuinely cares. You never feel like just another sale - he puts in the effort, goes the extra mile, and always gets a great result. Six deals in and he’s delivered every single time. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Jamie was the first agent to respond when we were making enquiries, and that set the tone from the start. He was exceptional to work with. As out-of-town sellers, we needed someone we could trust to handle everything locally, and he made the entire process feel simple and under control. He took care of the small but important details, including organising maintenance jobs, which made a real difference. Within just three days on the market, he achieved the price we were aiming for. The whole experience was fast, seamless, and genuinely effortless, which was exactly what we wanted.

In the last 6 months, we have bought a house and recently sold another one property through Jack. The experience has been great. Him and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure the sale of our house went through within the deadline time frame. The team constantly kept us informed on the process and a detailed report was provided about open homes. Thank you for making this happen for us.

Cory and Jamie made a great team in selling our property. They communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we weren't just another listing. If you want a team that is honest, hardworking and gets results, Cory and Jamie are the ones to call.

Cory and Jamie both communicated very well and kept me up to date every step along the process. Cory explained the marketing options and his advice was invaluable and 'spot on'. They both went the extra mile in helping keep the property in excellent marketing condition as I don't live in Hamilton. AND obtained a sale price well above my expectations. Thank you both.

We have had an awesome experience with Team Barakat and would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family! Cory helped us to search for a house for a good few months before we eventually found our place. He found listings, arranged viewings, shared knowledge and insight, and was there for us constantly - we were messaging almost daily at some points and he was always responsive and helpful. Honestly don't know if we would have found our place without his help as his insight into pricing, suburbs, building materials and the market was invaluable. On top of that he was friendly, professional and so easy to deal with throughout it all. When we eventually found the house we bought, Jamie was looped in. Both Cory and Jamie were incredibly responsive, helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel supported. The process involved price negotiation and they kept us updated throughout. We really couldn't have asked for better! The house is beautiful and was represented really well by the team. We couldn't be happier with our new slice of paradise. Thank you so much guys!
