Excellent team work, professional service, great outcome

We chose Lowe&Co because they had successfully marketed and sold our daughter's property. Louis and Ashleigh and Flora visited our property and gave us a price range that seemed reasonable, especially in today’s flat market. They gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our property for sale. They arranged for photos and a drone video for the initial marketing and made a second video to highlight aspects of our home that showed points of difference from other properties also for sale in the area. The marketing booklet given to each prospective buyer was informative and well presented. The tender process was an excellent choice for us. It was recommended we go with a short sales period, which we found to be excellent. We held two open homes which attracted a very good number of prospective purchasers, and had two lots of private viewings for people who wanted to follow up on their open homes viewings. Communication between all parties involved in the sale, using a WhatsApp group, was effective, timely, and kept everyone in the loop. It was good not to have to wonder what was going on. The team was always efficient, available when there were queries, and presented as knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. We are delighted with the outcome and can’t praise the team enough for all their work both up front and in the background.
